About Louisiana Praline Company

Louisiana Praline Company and our subsidiary, MiMi’s Pralines, have been making fine confections since 2004. Suzanne Kimball started her business with the help of her sister, husband and children. She wanted to own her own business so she could work flexible hours around her children’s busy schedules - and to help pay for their education.

Originally Suzanne sold only the MiMi’s brand  2 oz. pralines.  But as her business evolved and she partnered with other distributors, companies, and event & wedding planners to make pralines for them, the Louisiana Praline Company of today was formed.  Now Louisiana Praline Company sells 1.5 ounce pralines in gift boxes and has expanded the product line to candy tins of flavored pecans, chewy pralines and pecan caramel clusters.

All of the products from Louisiana Praline Company are made fresh every week in their 2,000 square foot production building located in Sorrento, LA ( just outside of Baton Rouge) which allows the business to make, package and ship thousands of pralines every day!
